Chris Arriving And A Day Visiting Curacao.

Chris arrived from Amsterdam 14 December and as we had hired a car, we all went for a complete tour of Curacao, with Rutger and Charlotte as guides.

 First this Chart shows our route since St Tropez Bay and until we arrive in Curacao (see the red lines). It also shows our route in 2010 from St Tropez to the Caribbean and back to France (please see the black pencil lines).

The NE coast of Curacao is rough and exposed to the Trade Wind. 

 This is called a "Blow Hole", where the water gets compressed into a small space or a hole and then soars up in the air with a lot of noise.

From left to right it is: Charlotte, Rutger, yours truly, Chris and Knut.

 A last drink with Rutger and Charlotte before they departed. We will be missing them and I especially enjoyed Rutger's present during the last two months. Well done Rutger and you are welcome back on board when you will get the time and desire!!!
